Our After Sale Services start with the material selection after our customers sign the residential contract of sale and go on with the delivery of the house and land register following the quality control of the completed structures.
For every delivered apartment an ID card is created and all requests and suggestions, except for user-based problems, are monitored on-line on CRM for 5 years. If the apartment owner changes, apartment history will be evaluated according to the information on ID card, effective and rapid technical support will be provided.
