Sur Yapı Muhit Sancaktepe

Sur Yapı intends to add yet another one to its residence projects by launching its new work in Sancaktepe - an area known for its natural beauty and summer palaces for centuries, which has been standing out for the recent shift in its development.

Sur Yapı’s new designer project in Sancaktepe consists of about 200 residences. The project offers easy access to the districts of the Anatolian side as it is located near the main roads. With its proximity to Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Paşaköy toll booths on the 3rd bridge currently under construction, Üsküdar – Sancaktepe metro line under construction, Sancaktepe residence project will offer easy transit options for its residents.
